Shipping policy
Our current shipping destinations, methods and prices are as follows.
MAINLAND UK

For orders containing multiple items, where at least one item requires 2-person delivery, delivery charges are capped at £43.50 for UK orders.

For Mainland UK customers, joining our Growth Partnership Scheme will get you additional carriage benefits.
For our wide‑width wallpaper, please note that any orders over 15m will be split across multiple rolls. Our customer service team will contact you to agree the split. Your order will not be shipped until this is confirmed.
Please be aware that 2‑person delivery items may have longer delivery times, even when in stock. Our shipping partner will contact you directly to arrange the delivery.

As of November-25, we have temporarily disabled the ability for Irish customers to be able to order samples - we are working to push this back live in 2026. Please reach out to your Account Manager if you'd like to register your interest.
