Unfortunately, we only supply to the trade. However, many of our products are available through home stores and online retailers across the UK and beyond. If you need help finding a stockist, we recommend searching the product name on Google to locate the nearest retailer.

Yes, subject to relevant checks based on your account application, we can offer you a credit account. If a credit facility isn’t available, don't worry—we can still support you with access to our products on a pro forma (pre-payment) basis using a credit or debit card.

All prices on our site are listed in GBP Sterling and exclude VAT. Currently, we only accept payments in GBP.

We typically dispatch trade orders within 2-5 working days. Delivery times vary based on your location, the size of the order, peak trading periods, and the carrier used. If you need an order urgently, please inform our Sales Team, and we will do our best to meet your requested delivery date. Please note that orders requiring cushion filling may take longer than the standard lead time.

At Riva Home, there is no minimum order value—you can order as little or as much as you like. For orders of £400.00 (exclusive of VAT) or more, we offer free delivery to all UK mainland addresses. Orders below this amount will incur a carriage fee of £18.95.

No problem! All of our courier options include tracking, so you’ll receive regular updates on your order's progress. You'll be sent texts and emails allowing you to manage the shipment, including options to leave it in a safe place or reschedule the delivery for a different day.

Unfortunately, we don't offer a 'nominated day' delivery option. Our priority is to get your products to you as quickly as possible.

Yes, we offer shipping to the Republic of Ireland and Norther Ireland.

You can easily place your order for delivery to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland through our Riva Home Trade Portal. To do this, you'll need a Trade Portal account—if you don’t have one yet, you can apply here.

Once logged in, our system will automatically detect your location and show the relevant pricing based on it. If your delivery address is different from the location where you placed the order, please note that product pricing and fulfillment/duty costs may adjust accordingly.

All orders must be placed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and will be invoiced in the same currency. Currently, we only accept GBP, and we’re unable to process payments in other currencies at this time.

Yes, all orders to the Republic of Ireland are Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means Riva Home covers all costs associated with delivering the products to your business address in the Republic of Ireland. The prices you see on our Trade Portal from the Republic of Ireland include duty but do not include VAT, which will be added at checkout.

VAT is not included in the product prices displayed on the page. It will be added to your order at the correct rate once you enter your delivery address during checkout.

As Riva Home imports the goods into the Republic of Ireland and sells them from within the country after paying the duty, we are legally required to charge Irish VAT on the sale.

Unfortunately, we only offer a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service to the Republic of Ireland, so we handle all the duty and associated costs for you.

For in-stock items, delivery typically takes 5 to 15 working days from the time you place your order. For back-ordered items, please add an additional 5 to 15 working days to the advertised ‘back in stock’ dates.
