Riva Home Guide to My Account
In our My Account section, customers can access all historical orders for their business, track orders in progress, view invoices, and more. To access My Account, visit: https://portal.rivahome.com/pages/orders or click the My Account link in our header.

The Orders section shows a summary of all orders on your account.

You can click ‘Export Orders’ to download a line by line breakdown of the products within each order, including order specific EPOS information.
You also have the option to filter by order reference, your customer reference, order status and more.

Within the order view, on the right under the ‘Actions’ column, you can click ‘View Order’ (highlighted in blue below) to see a visual breakdown of the items in the order and any tracking links.
By selecting ‘Shipments’ (highlighted in yellow below), you’ll see full shipment details, including the packing list that will be sent with your parcel.

Within My Account, you can access invoices and credit notes in the ‘Invoices’ tab and download them for your records.

For a top level summary across all invoices, you can use the ‘Export Invoices’ option.

Experiencing problems accessing your order information or invoices in My Account? Try these simple tips:
- Clear any filters — A filter from your last session may still be applied. If you're unsure, add any filter and then click ‘Clear Filter’.
- Return to page 1 — Make sure you’re viewing page 1 of your orders. You can use this link: https://portal.rivahome.com/pages/orders?page=1
- Try another browser or clear your cookies — This often resolves display or login issues.
